These Terms of Use explain the rules that apply when you access Fynzo and its calculators, articles and website features.

By accessing or using Fynzo, you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy and our Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

You must use Fynzo lawfully and in accordance with rules that apply to you.

2. About Fynzo

Fynzo is an independent website created and maintained by Yasser Chahir in Morocco. It provides calculators, converters, generators, articles and educational information.

Using Fynzo does not create a doctor-patient, adviser-client, lender-borrower, attorney-client or other professional relationship.

3. Educational use only

Results and articles are general educational estimates, not medical, financial, tax, investment, legal or other professional advice.

Check important results and consult a qualified professional before making decisions that may affect your health, finances, taxes or legal rights.

4. Permitted use

You may use public Fynzo pages for personal, educational and other lawful purposes. You may share public links and quote short portions with appropriate attribution where permitted by law.

This permission does not transfer ownership of Fynzo content, branding, design or code.

5. Prohibited use

You may not interfere with the website, introduce malicious code, bypass security, gain unauthorised access, submit unlawful material, impersonate another person or use automation in a way that harms Fynzo or its visitors.

You may not copy, republish, sell or commercially exploit substantial parts of Fynzo without written permission, except where law expressly permits it.

6. Calculator inputs and shared links

Most calculations run in the browser. Sharing features may add entered values to a URL. Do not enter or share confidential, medical, financial or identifying information.

Review generated links before sending them to another person.

7. Accuracy and availability

We aim to keep Fynzo useful and accurate, but do not guarantee that every formula, article, result, link or feature is complete, current, uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.

Content and features may be corrected, changed, suspended or removed without advance notice.

8. Third-party services and links

Fynzo may use third parties for hosting, analytics, forms, fonts and advertising after approval. External links are for reference or convenience.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and Fynzo does not control their content, availability or practices.

9. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the Fynzo name, original text, layout, design and code are owned by or licensed to Fynzo. Third-party names, standards and references belong to their respective owners.

We may update the website and these terms when services or requirements change. The date above shows the latest review. Continued use after an update is subject to the revised terms.

13. Severability and mandatory rights

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply as far as legally possible. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived.
