This tool provides formula-based reference weights and a BMI-derived range for adults.
The healthy-range calculation applies adult BMI values of 18.5 to 24.9 to height: weight = BMI × height². Other named formulas provide reference points, not medical targets.
At 1.75 m, the BMI-derived reference range is approximately 56.7 to 76.3 kg.
The range is broader and more useful than treating one formula result as a perfect weight.
Body frame, muscle mass, age, pregnancy and health conditions are not fully represented. The output is not a diagnosis or personal treatment goal.
